Wild Rice Casserole
2 (6-ounce) packages long-grain-and-wild-rice mix
1 (8-ounce) jar process cheese spread
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (6-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon diced bottled garlic
1 (2.8-ounce) can French fried onions, crushed
Cook rice mix according to package directions.
Stir in cheese spread and next 4 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased large baking dish.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with crushed onions.
Bake uncovered 10 additional minutes.
