Warm Mustard Sauce

Serve this full-flavored mustard over smoked sausages or hot dogs.
1-1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 medium Onion, minced
1 medium Green bell pepper, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Celery seed
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and pepper. Cook until just soft (do not brown). Add the garlic, celery seed and Dijon. Heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to sit for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
