2 cups chopped Vidalia onions
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
Mix the onions, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Put mixture into a buttered, deep souffle dish or small casserole dish. Sprinke Parmesan on top.
Bake at 350o for 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly and slightly brown on top.
Serve with French baguette cut into thin slices.
