Spinach Con Queso

1 pound Processed American cheese
4 ounces Spinach, chopped (frozen)
1/2 cup Salsa
2 to 3 Tablespoons Milk
Melt the cheese in a metal bowl over simmering water (or in a crock pot).
Defrost the spinach. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
Add the spinach and salsa to the melted cheese. Thin the mixture with milk to reach the correct consistency for dipping.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Makes about 3 cups
