RECIPE FROM "SANDY'S
Southern Fried Chicken
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 1/2 cups flour
1 packet (dry) Good Seasons Italian Dressing
1 tsp. MSG (Accent)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Nature's Seasoning
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 cup milk
Olive oil, to cover bottom of skillet (about 1/ inch deep)
Combine eggs and milk. Set aside
Combine flour with (dry) Italian Dressing seasoning, MSG, and all the other seasonings.
Dip chicken pieces in milk-egg mixture and then roll in the flour-seasoning mixture. REPEAT procedure.
Arrange coated pieces in hot skillet.
Fry pieces over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes, turning often.
