AND SOUR SAUSAGES
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper (red, green, or orange)
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. Paprika
1 8-oz. Pkg. Miniature sausage links
In saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, 1/2 cup water, pepper, pimento, and salt.
SIMMER for 5 minutes.
COMBINE cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. cold water. Add to hot mixture.
COOK and stir until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in paprika.
Add sausages to sauce and simmer until sausages are hot.
Serve in warming pot so they stay warm
