Sauce Louis
(Use this classic sauce to make chilled seafood [crab, lobster, or shrimp] salads.)

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons Chili sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice

1 Scallion, chopped

1/4 cup Green bell pepper, minced

1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Blend all ingredients well. Chill before using.
