RECIPE FROM "SANDY'S
Sandy's Porkchops Deluxe
6 large lean pork chops
Coat well in seasoned flour (seasonings: garlic powder, celery salt, salt and pepper).
Fry chops in a small amount of veggie oil until evenly browned.
Remove chops from skillet and set aside.
Add 2 cans of mushroom soup to pork chop drippings with just enough water to get a good gravy consistency. Mix well and stir until you have the desired consistency.
Put pork chops back in the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until done.
Sandy's Note: This is another of my very old recipes that I love to fix. These are absolutely delicious with mashed potatoes.
