RECIPE FROM "SANDY'S
Sandy's Honey-Apricot Baked Ham
1 fully cooked smoked ham (3-6 pounds)
1 cup honey
1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup apricot jam or preserves
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan, uncovered.
Mix and blend together remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and cook on medium-low for about 5 minutes until it takes on a glazy look. Remove from heat.
Bake ham for 30 minutes; pour glaze over ham and continue to bake until ham is heated through, about a total of 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Sandy's Note: Increase ingredient amounts proportionately for larger ham. This is so easy and absolutely delicious!
