RECIPE FROM "SANDY'S
Sandy's Corn Chowder
1 onion, finely chopped
8 ounces Kielbasa, thinly sliced
1 potato, finely diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 (16-ounce) can cream-style corn
1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes (drained)
1 teaspoon bottled diced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine the onion, sausage, potato, and broth in a 2-quart saucepan.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
Stir in the corn, tomatoes, garlic, and salt.
Cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
