RECIPE FROM "SANDY'S
(From Treehouse Recipe Notes)
1 package white cake mix
2/3 cup oil
1 small package raspberry gelatin
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, gelatin and raspberries until blended.
Pour into a 9x13 cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes or until done.
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla on low speed until creamed. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. If needed add milk to thin for spreading.
