Ozark Bakeless Pudding
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 pound graham crackers
Cream butter and sugar; ad well-beaten eggs, nuts, and pineapple.
Crush crackers; then alternate layers of crackers and pineapple mixture in a dish.
Set for 12 hours in refrigerator.
Serve with whipped cream topping
