Orange Chicken Picata

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon rosemary leaves, crushed
1 orange, peeled, thinly sliced and quartered
Dredge chicken pieces in flour. In large non-stick skillet, cook chicken in oil for 5 minutes until browned. Add all
remaining ingredients, except orange slices. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and the sauce begins to thicken. Add orange pieces; heat through.
Serve over hot, cooked rice.
