Nutty Chicken Spread
(Adapted from Taste of Home Magazine)
1-3/4 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 celery rib, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
In a bowl, combine the chicken, nuts, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt and garlic powder.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 2-1/2 cups
