MACARONI, CHEESE, AND TOMATOES

 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

1 (14-1/2-ounce) can tomatoes, undrained

2/3 cup wter

1 (8-ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cubed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

2 to 3 tablespoons sugar

1 (16-ounce) package shredded Mozarella cheese

 

DIRECTIONS

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

Place tomatoes in a 2-quart casserole dish; mash.

Stir in cooked macaroni, water, and next 5 ingredients;

Sprinkle mozarella cheese on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
