1 (5 oz.) jar Coleman's Horseradish Mustard
1 (1.12 oz) can Coleman's Dry English Mustard
1 (18 oz) jar pineapple preserves
1 (18 oz) jar apple jelly
Optional: 2 Tbsp Gold's Hot Horseradish
1 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
Mix the horseradish mustard and dry mustard well. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well with hand mixer. Will keep in refrigerator for months. Especially delicious as a dunking sauce for chicken or ham chunks as an appetizer.
This is a recipe you can alter to satisfy your particular taste. I like
to add 2 Tbsp of Gold's Hot Horseradish because I like a stronger horseradish flavor. But, however you make it, it's delicious and definitely a party hit!
