Honey Dijon Grilling Sauce

Ingredients

2/3 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup Honey

1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Soy sauce

1 teaspoon Garlic, minced

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Use as a baste during the last 3-5 minutes of grilling.

Try this tomato-less sauce on pork or chicken.

Makes about 1 cup
