RECIPE FROM "SANDY'S
HAM & CHEESE QUICKIES
1 can biscuits
10 1-inch cubes of Velveeta cheese
10 thin slices of ham
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Separate biscuits and roll out to twice their size. Wrap ham around cubed Velveeta cheese. Then wrap dough around ham and cheese and pinch edges together firmly. Brush with butter.
Mix crumbs, parsley and parmesan cheese.
Roll dough-wrapped ham and cheese in crumb mixture and place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
