Graham Cracker Jello Salad

 

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 large can crushed pineapple

1 box (3 ounces) lemon jello

1 can evaporated milk

 

Crust Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 stick melted oleo

 

Directions

For crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and oleo. Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

For filling, combine eggs, sugar, and crushed pineapple in pan and cook until boiling. After it starts boiling, add lemon jello and cool.

Freeze evaporated milk while above mixture is cooling. After mixture cools, whip the evaporated milk. Fold in pineapple mixture and pour on top of crust. Refrigerate until set, for 1 hour.
