German Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup sugar

2 Tbsp flour

2 Tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa

2 Tbsp water

1 1/2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted

2 extra large eggs

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

3/4 Cup flaked coconut

1/2 Cup chopped pecans

1 tsp vanilla

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cornstarch, and cocoa with wire

whisk until well blended. Add water and margarine. Add eggs, one

at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk. Beat until

well blended. Stir in coconut and pecans. Blend in vanilla. Pour

into pie shell and bake 45 minutes or until firm.
