Easy Barbecued Chicken Casserole
1 (16-ounce) can pork and beans
4 of your favorite chicken pieces, skinned
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoon peach preserves
2 teaspoons diced onion
1 teaspoon garlic (bottled kind)
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place beans in a 2-quart casserole and top with chicken pieces.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and beans.
Cover and bake for 1 3/4 hours
