3 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 whole eggs, beaten well
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients except sour cream; mix well.
Add sour cream. (mix will be runny)
Pour into large Keebler Graham Cracker Crust.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for 1 hour with oven door open.
Serve plan or top with favorite fruit (cherry, blueberry, or use your imagination).
Cheryl's Note: If you're a purist, you may make your own crust.
