DOLLY PARTON PIE
(From Southern U.S. Cuisine)

 

INGREDIENTS

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip

12 oz. chocolate chips (chocolate partially melted)

Bits of Brickle candy

 

DIRECTIONS

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Stir in crunchy peanut butter and Cool Whip.

Blend all ingredients well.

Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts or chocolate crust and chill overnight.

 Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bits of brickle candy.

You can use a chocolate deep dish pie crust

YIELD: 2 large pies
