This is an incredible marinade for pork, chicken or beef, or lamb.



1/4 C. bourbon

1/4 C. firmly packed dark brown sugar

1/4 C. lite soy sauce

6 pearl onions, minced

1/4 C. Colman's Dijon mustard

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. white pepper, or to taste



In a glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients, making sure the sugar completely dissolves.

Pour the marinade into a large ziplock plastic bag

and marinate the meat in the refrigerator overnight,

Use the remainder of the marinade to baste with during cooking.
