1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 packet onion soup mix
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup (very finely crushed) potato chips
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, dry mustard, pepper, parsley, onion soup mix and garlic salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and crushed potato chips.
Coat chicken "bites" with mayonnaise mixture and then crumb mixture.
Place chicken bites on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just lightly browned.
In small bowl or cup, mix last three ingredients of mayonnaise, honey and mustard until smooth.
Serve warm with wooden picks and honey-mustard dip.
YIELD: About 40 chicken "bites"
