Creamy Guacamole

Ingredients

4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded

1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup picante sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic salt

Garnish: Chopped tomato

Directions

Mash avocados and cream cheese together with a fork or potato masher.

Stir in pacante sauce, lemon juice and garlic salt.

Cover and chill up to 2 hours, if desired.

Garnish, if desired.

Serve with tortilla chips

Yield: 3 cups
