Chicken Pot Pie
1 package Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts, at room temperature
1 (10-oz) can boneless white meat chicken
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
Place one pie crust in the bottom of a deep dish pie pan.
Mix the other 3 ingredients, season to taste, place in pie crust. Place the other crust on top, crimp the edges, poke a steam hole in the center.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
