RECIPE FROM "SANDY'S
Chicken Broccoli Pasta Salad
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish (I use Gold's 'Hot')
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup diced chicken
3 cups cooked, drained, and cooled pasta
1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
Mix mustard, yogurt, and horseradish in bowl and set aside.
Toss together chicken, pasta, broccoli, and tomatoes. Add in mustard/yogurt/horseradish mixture and stir until everything is completely coated. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Toss just before serving.
