1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 cup diced cooked ham
12 small pork sausage links, sliced
1 cup diced cooked chicken
2 (16-ounce) cans tomatoes
1 cup raw rice
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil in skillet, stirring frequently until tender.
Stir in ham and chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients and place in greased casserole dish.
Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
