AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
1 large chicken breast, cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (16-oz) pkg. egg noodles
1 (14-oz) can mixed vegetables
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 (l0.75 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
In a 2-quart saucepan, mix cooked chicken, cream of potato soup, cream of broccoli soup, milk, mixed veggies, broccoli, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme.
Cook over medium heat until broccoli is cooked.
Mix with egg noodles.
Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cover with Colby cheese and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
