Cherry Delight Pie
1 (10-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream or 2 cups frozen whipped topping
1 (1-pound, 6-ounce) can cherry pie filing, chilled
Whip the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipping cream until fluffy. Spoon into crust and chill at least 2 hours (I prefer 3 hours) before serving.
Before serving, spoon the chilled cherry pie filling into the chilled cream cheese/whipped cream crust mixture.
