Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

2/3 cup sugar

1-1/4 cups water

3 Tablespoons cornstarch

4 cups sliced, peeled Gala apples

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

3/4 cup quick oatmeal

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup light, soft tub margarine (room temperature)


Combine 2/3 cup sugar, water, cornstarch apples, cinnamon, and allspice in bottom of slow cooker and stir well.

In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apple filling in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on Low for 2-3 hours.

Serves 12
