Andouille Sausage Appetizers
Cajun-style sausage makes a great party appetizers
1/2 pound of Andouille sausage
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups Biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees.
Remove the sausage from its casing. Mix well with the other ingredients. Roll into one-inch balls.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes about 3 dozen
